Privacy Policy

What we store
- Account: email address, hashed password, API key.
- Jobs: job name, cron spec, target URL, retry count, alert threshold, and whether failure emails are enabled.
- Execution logs: timestamp, HTTP status code, latency, an excerpt of the response body (up to a few KB), and the number of retries.
- Billing: handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Ltd (our merchant of record). We see only your subscription status and Paddle subscription ID — never your card number or full address.
What we don’t store
- Payment cards (Paddle handles those).
- Full request/response bodies — we keep only an excerpt to help you debug failures.
- Tracking cookies, analytics across other sites, or ad-network identifiers.
Who can see your data
Only you, via your dashboard or API key. We (the studio) can technically read it in the database when investigating a bug or abuse report. We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.
Subprocessors
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment processing, tax/VAT, receipts.
- Hetzner / similar VPS provider — server hosting.
- SMTP provider — outbound transactional email (alerts, receipts).
Your rights
Email support@voiddo.com to:
- Export all your data (jobs, logs, account record) as JSON.
- Delete your account and all associated data — typically within 7 days.
- Correct an inaccurate record.
Data retention
Account + jobs: kept while your account is active. Execution logs are retained to support reliability and debugging; dashboard/API queries return up to 100 recent runs per request. Deletion request: permanent removal within 7 days.
