Refund Policy
Effective 2026-05-17.
Simple version
Within 14 days of any charge, we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. Email support@voiddo.com with the Paddle receipt and we’ll process the refund.
Recurring subscription
- Refund applies to the most recent monthly charge only, not historical ones.
- If you cancel mid-month, your access stays active until the end of the paid period — there is no automatic prorated refund, but if you ask within 14 days we will issue one.
- If you were charged twice or in error, contact us — we'll refund and investigate.
What we do not refund
- Charges older than 14 days, except in our discretion (billing errors, our service downtime, etc.).
- Charges where the account was suspended for abuse (spam, DoS, scraping in violation of terms).
How long it takes
Paddle processes refunds back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We initiate the refund within 1 business day of your email.
