Terms of Service

Effective 2026-05-17 · vøiddo Cron, operated by vøiddo (a six-person remote studio based in Israel). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record.

1. What the service is

vøiddo Cron is a scheduled-webhook service. You give us a cron spec and a URL, we send an HTTPS request on that schedule, retry on failure per your policy, and keep an execution log. We do not run shell commands. We do not run arbitrary code.

2. Account and acceptable use

You may only point us at endpoints you control or have explicit permission to call.
Do not use the service to send spam, perform denial-of-service attacks, scrape sites against their terms, or coordinate any abuse.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates the above, without refund, with email notice.
Free plan: 3 jobs. Pro plan: 100 jobs. Scheduling precision is approximately 30 seconds.

3. Subscription, billing, cancellation

Pro is $9 USD per month, recurring, billed by Paddle on the same day each month until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Local sales tax / VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle where applicable.

4. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: 14 days from the most recent charge.

5. SLA, uptime, liability

The service is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but make no formal SLA guarantee. Our liability is limited to the most recent monthly fee paid by you. We are not liable for downstream consequences of missed or delayed webhooks — please design your dependent systems to tolerate occasional skipped fires.

6. Data and privacy

See our privacy policy. We store job definitions, execution logs (HTTP status, latency, response body excerpt), and your account email + API key. We do not sell data.

7. Changes

We may change these terms; material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
